The Beatles Get Back Documentary

Over the last week I watched the The Beatles Get Back on Disney+ and I thought it was fantastic. It helped to watch it over several nights since it is very long and it is good to spend time in between viewings thinking about what they were trying to accomplish and the challenges they faced. Seeing them sit for hours at a time working through the creative process of writing and fine tuning songs while also putting up with the distractions from all the other people around them was impressive. Creating things can be a long and difficult process and having to do it with cameras all around and on a strict deadline is nearly impossible, but they somehow worked it out and created some amazing music. The only downside from watching this seems to be the continuous looping of Beatles songs in my head throughout the day.

Trying out some Swift app development on the iPad thanks to Swift Playgrounds 4.0. It is a bit limited but could be a great way to get started on an app idea without the overhead of Xcode.

Why does the dentist ask me about my flossing routine when they clearly know based on looking in my mouth for 2 seconds that I don’t floss? #honestytest
